Because flowers are a perishable product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.

However, your satisfaction matters to us:
    •    If your bouquet arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo so we can make it right.
    •    In cases of delivery errors or quality concerns, we may issue a replacement bouquet or store credit toward your next order.

Please note:
    •    Exact flower varieties may vary due to seasonal availability, but we always ensure equal or greater value and beauty.
    •    We cannot issue refunds for missed deliveries if the recipient is unavailable at the agreed time/location.

No Nationwide shipping (yet): Because our blooms are designed fresh, we currently only delivery locally.
